- Xu Ziliang (徐自良) lineage Sun Bin Boxing 32-Hands (孫臏拳卅二手) by Yang Yuzhong (杨玉忠).
- Four Gates Boxing’s (四通捶) Basic Skills Routine (八个功靠) by Yu Xiaohang (于效航) from Weifang, Shandong.
- Cowherd Staff’s (牛郎棍) Tian Zi Bian (田字鞭) form by Xiao Mingkui (萧明魁).
- Plum Blossom Boxing (山东梅花拳) by Jia Longsheng (贾龙生). Note: The video says “花拳” but it’s actually “梅花拳.”
- Seven Star Mantis’ White Ape Leaves the Cave (白猿出洞) by Qin Guihua (秦桂花), a student of Li Zhanyuan (李占元).
- Taiji Praying Mantis Boxing’s Ba Zhou (太极螳螂拳八肘), or, literally, “Eight Elbows,” by Wang Yuanqian (王元乾), the son of Wang Yushan (王玉山), one of the “Three Mountains of Laiyang.”
- Taiji Plum Blossom Praying Mantis Boxing’s (太极梅花螳螂拳) Ba Kuai Shou (八快手), or, literally, “Eight Fast Hands,” by Zhang Xiushan (张修山).
- Yanqing Boxing (燕青拳) by Sun Xuexi (孫學習).
- Mizongyi Boxing (迷踪艺拳), a sub-style of Mizong Boxing, by Wang Baojie (王寳玠).
- Chuanlin Sword (穿林劍) by Zhang Bingdou (张炳斗) from Laixi, Shandong.
- Wensheng/Literary Sage Boxing’s (文圣拳) First Practice Set (头趟架) by 3rd gen. inheritor Song Lianhong (宋连洪).
